Is the Parker ENT office in Norwalk open? 

Yes, our office will remain open from 8am-noon and 1pm-5pm Mon-Fri.

Can COVID-19 testing be ordered by your office? 

Yes, we can order drive up testing at the Norwalk Hospital testing site.  Please arrange a telemedicine video visit to discuss. 

 

Is it possible to be seen in person? 

If after having a telemedicine video visit with either Dr Parker, if it is determined that you need to be seen in person, we will instruct you how that in-person visit will be conducted. 

 

How do I make an appointment for a telemedicine video visit with Dr. Parker? 

Click this link (http://www.parkerent.com/appointment.html) to select a time for your telemedicine video visit with Dr. Parker.  After making the appointment, you will see a box that says “Manage my Appointment”.  Please click “Manage my Appointment” in order to fill in the forms required for our records. This may require you to take pictures of the front and back of your insurance card. 

 

If I already have an appointment as a new patient, where are the forms I need to fill out prior to my visit?
